THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11504 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioners filed Revision before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.06.03.2014 in Rc.No.79/2005/F-1 of the 3rd respondent, refusing to grant 'No Objection Certificate' for sale of lands assigned to them.

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that although for more than 2 years the said revision is pending, the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said revision within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioners against the order dt.06.03.2014 in Rc.No.79/2005-F-1 of the 3rd respondent within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
