HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16965 OF 2002 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as LDC-cum-Computer Operator under physically Handicapped Quota by declaring the inaction of the respondents as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court on 05.09.2002, while admitting the writ petition passed interim order stating that the vacancy which is earmarked for physically handicapped quota in the notification for Vizianagaram District, shall not be filled up by any other candidate other than Physically handicapped person. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 05.09.2002, It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 15.07.2005 passed by this Court in WP.No.4587 of 2008 and batch and also Judgment dated 28.06.2011 in WA.No.279 of 2009 and batch. The writ appeal Judgment is also followed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP.No.5717 &5695 of 2009. The same is not disputed by the learned Additional Advocate General representing GP for Labour.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Judgment dated 28.06.2011 passed by this Court in WA.No.279 of 2009 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ

petition, shall stand closed.
