B/O tk 25.07.2022 I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners/accused No.4 and 5 in Crl.P.8534, 8519 and 8958 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 that they should appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 01.00 P.M till filing of chargesheet. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are appearing accordingly and that as the petitioners are the only breadwinners of their families and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

Keeping in view the above circumstances, the condition that they should appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 01.00 P.M till filing of chargesheet, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on every first Sunday and also as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation before the concerned Investigating authorities.
