This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / accused Nos.5 and 6 in PRC No.59 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial I Class Magistrate, Ananathapur.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
