HCJ&AAR,J W.A.No.867 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in the present Writ Appeal was also involved in the case of G. Prabhakar vs. the State of Telangana (W.A.No.864 of 2019), which was decided by this Court, by judgment dated 25.11.2019.

In the said Writ Appeal and in the present Writ Appeal, the appellants have challenged the common order dated 27.09.2019, passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.18629 of 2019 and 12256 of 2019, whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed of the said writ petitions with a clear direction to the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, the respondent No.3, to take steps for appointment of a new official person-in-charge other than the Joint Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, and for conducting elections to the Hyderabad District Government Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, the respondent No.7, for redressing the grievance of the writ petitioners and other members of the Society, in accordance with law.

The learned Single Judge had given two months' time for carrying out the said exercise. Therefore, even the present Writ appeal is decided and disposed of in identical terms.
