This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 08.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.19806 of 2016. Learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of G.O.Rt.No.45, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 14.03.2017, and in view of the said order, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
