HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.19310 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the seizure of the petitioner's vehicle bearing No.AP 26 TA 3477 vide vehicle check report No.1466923 dated 23.5.2017 and in not releasing the said vehicle in spite of the petitioner's application dated 23.5.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the application dated 23.5.2017, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
