HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22158 of 2018 ORDER:
Complaining inaction in disposing of the application filed by the petitioner on 16.12.2017, the present writ petition is filed.
This Court is of the view that to exercise the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India and to appreciate the alleged inaction, it would have been better, if the petitioner complies with one of the requirements and demand for disposal of the application.
In the case on hand, just by referring to the lapse of 6 or 7 months from filing the application, the present writ petition is filed.
This Court grants liberty to petitioner to send reminder for disposing of the application dated 16.12.2017 by enclosing copy of this order. This Court has no reason to doubt that 3rd respondent acts in the matter and does needful.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
