ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 29.09.2015, in E.P.No.52 of 2014 in O.S.No.76 of 2009 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam.

Mr.Naram Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 13.06.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he stated that his client filed S.A.No.234 of 2014 simultaneously with the present civil revision petition, that his client already deposited Rs.4,00,000/- as per the direction issued by this Court in the said S.A. while granting interim stay and that in view of the same, his client seeks to withdraw the civil revision petition.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

In view of the above facts, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1132 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
