HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6685 of 2018 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ A7 in Crime No.109 of 2015 of Guntakal I Town Police Station, Anantapuramu District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 423, 465, 467, 471 r/ w 109 I.P.C. 2.

The above crime was registered in relation to the forgery of the signature of the de facto complainant in the so called agreement of sale, in creating document in relation to the immovable valuable property.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and notary advocate and falsely implicated. 4.

In fact, a perusal of the disclosure statement of co-accused, particularly, A6 and A7 shows it is the petitioner that forged the signature.

Having regard to the above and even other accused were granted regular bail, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail. However, it will not prejudice for his surrender and move for regular bail to decide on own merits. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
