Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 06.12.2014. 1.

Sri T.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners and Smt. Shanthi Neelam, learned counsel for complainant are present. 2.

The parties, who are present before the lok adalat, stated that they have compromised the matter and they want to live together and as such the wife does not want to pursue the criminal case and requested that the same may be closed. In view of this, the Criminal Case stands closed.

In view of the award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is closed in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed. ANIS,J Date:07.04.2015 usd
