The writ petition is filed for the following relief: - " to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing Demand Notice dated 02-02-2017 bearing Lr Roc No 31/ 375/ 2201617/ G2 Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to Korukonda branch for Rs 1150/ Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to Prakash Nagar Petrol Bunk branch for Rs 7,820/ Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to A V A Road branch for Rs 9,200/ Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to Opp.Petrol Bunk Junction branch for Rs 3,450/ Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to RTC Complex Road branch for Rs.

3,910/ and Advertise Tax Demand Bill for 2017 2018 issued to Seethampeta Road Ramalayam branch for Rs 6,900/ to the Petitioners purporting to levy advertisement fee on the Petitioners as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional apart from being violative of and contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act 1994 as well as provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 1955 and Advertisement Tax Rules 1967 and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents not to remove any sign boards of the Petitioner and its branches."

To day, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this court disposed of W.P.No.23354 of 2009 and batch, dated.31-12-2009 and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd Respondent. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated.31-12-2009 in W.P.No.23354 of 2009 and batch. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
