THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6812 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.1, 2 and 4, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.53 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Atmakur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
