Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC appearing for the respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he had submitted a representation dt.05-02-2015 to 1st respondent as well as 3rd respondent in regard to grant of licence to running plant and nursery shop within the premises of Kurnoool Bus Stop and the same has not been disposed of by the respondent Nos.1 and 3. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents states that the said representation will be disposed of by respondent Nos.1 and 3 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.05-02-2015 with regard to running plant and nursery shop within the premises of Kurnool Bus Stop within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
