THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6723 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking direction to the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, to expedite hearing of C.C. No.283 of 2017 on day-to-day basis, on the ground that the passport of the petitioner was seized in connection with the aforesaid C.C.

In view of the request made by the counsel for the petitioner, the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of the C.C. No.283 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than six months, without giving undue preference to this case alone.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
