22.06.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner/A-1 in Crl.P.No.8523 of 2021 dated 08-12-2021 that he should appear before the Police once in a week i.e. on Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 01.00 P.M.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on first and third Sunday of every month till filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
