Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

2. Petitioner is the husband of the respondent. He filed O.P.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar (for short, Family Court) seeking declaration of his marriage with the respondent solemnized on 14.02.103 be annulled. In the said OP, the respondent herein filed I.A.No.5 of 2015 seeking maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month from the date of petition till the date of disposal and Rs.25,000/- towards legal expenses.

3. The Family Court, after considering the material available on record, passed an order on 17.04.2015 allowing the application in part by granting interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent herein and Rs.10,000/- towards legal expenses. Challenging the said order, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner is working as a Junior Assistant in the office of the Chief Planning at Mahabubnagar and getting a salary of Rs.17,000/- per month. The only ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has to maintain his unmarried sister and old age mother, who is suffering from cancer and undergoing treatment, for which expenses have to be borne by the petitioner. However, taking into account the salary of the petitioner, the amount of Rs.5,000/- granted by the Family Court, is proper and I do not see any ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 17.04.2015.

5. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
