Sri E. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel representing Sri Srinivas Polavarapu, learned counsel for the appellants in these two appeals, and Sri Srinivas Velagapudi, learned counsel for the first respondent in both the appeals, would inform this Court that in the light of the out of Court settlement arrived at by and between the parties, which was duly taken on record by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, resulting in an award, no orders need to be passed in these two appeals.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel, these two CMAs are dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
