It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.46193 of 2016 dated 24.01.2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
