When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipality that the respondent-Municipality did not receive any representation, as stated in the Writ Petition, and if any such application is made by the petitioner enclosing all the relevant documents, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the writ petitioner to make an appropriate application enclosing all the relevant documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such application is made by the petitioner, within the time stipulated above, the respondent-Municipality is directed to verify the said application and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.
