Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or his learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 17.08.2009 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
