HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.241 OF 2012 ORDER:

Mr. Subba Rao appearing for petitioner does not press the writ prayer, but requests the Court to direct respondent No.5 to serve the final report dated 02.09.2012 in accordance with law and liberty may be given to petitioner to file protest petition and challenge the final report.

The Assistant Government Pleader after perusing the record submits that the 5th respondent is under obligation to follow the procedure while filing final report into Court. If the final report is not served on the petitioner, he submits that the 5th respondent will supply the copy of final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by directing 5th respondent to serve copy of final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to petitioner. The petitioner is given liberty to assail the final report in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
