22.06.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners/A-1 and A-3 in Crl.P.No.8526 of 2021 dated 08-12-2021 that they should appear before the Police concerned once in a week i.e. on Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 01.00 P.M.

Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have been appearing accordingly, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In view of the petitioners' appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer as and when required for investigation till filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
