ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the provisional Seniority List of Lecturers, dated 13.08.2012, and instructions of the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, State of Telangana, Hyderabad (1st respondent), dated 23.08.2014, whereunder detailed instructions are issued to be followed for making promotion to the post of Principal.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the subsequent developments, the petitioner do not intend to prosecute this writ petition.
