HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31705 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not issuing of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.29 cents in Sy.No.77-1B, Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.89-1, Ac.2.73 cents in Sy.No.137-5, Ac.4.07 cents in Sy.No.155-5, Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No.50-8, Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.138-3, Ac.0.27 cents in Sy.No.90-5A, Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.85-4, situated at Rachanapalli Village, Anantapur Rural Mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971; and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the said lands.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Form-6(A) application made by the petitioner, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is pending, the authorities will consider the same in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 to consider the application made by the petitioner in Form-6(A) and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
