This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A4 in P.R.C. No.1 of 2014 on the file of the court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.
