No representation for the petitioner-accused No.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned II-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.71 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
