This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in not surveying the land bearing Sy.No.22 of Attapur Village, Rajendernagar Mandal, R.R.District and demarcating its boundaries as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners' application for survey was rejected, since civil suit is pending and status-quo order was granted.
