This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the docket order dated 16.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.617 of 2019 in O.S.No.141 of 2013 by the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein the application filed by the petitioners/ defendants to amend the written statement, was dismissed.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

The impugned docket order dated 16.10.2019 reads as follows: - "No representation. Enquiry not proceeded, hence petition is dismissed." 4.

The revision petitioners can file an application before the Court below seeking to set aside the impugned order. Instead of doing so, the revision petitioner straight away approached this Court. 5.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the revision petitioner to move an application before the Court below to set aside the impugned order, dated 16.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.617 of 2019 in O.S.No.141 of 2013.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
