This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 20.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1447 of 2015 in C.C.No.65 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Tiruvur. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
