Alla Sivaramireddy v. Alla Tulasamma,
The Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy Civil Revision Petition No.3807 of 2015 Dated 18.09.2015 Between:
Alla Sivarami Reddy ... Petitioner and Alla Tulasamma and another
...Respondent
Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.Koneti Raja Reddy Counsel for the respondent: --- The Court made the following:
O r d e r :
The petitioner, who suffered an order of dismissal of ATC.No.3 of 2013, filed by him, for default, has also allowed the application filed by him for restoration of that application to be dismissed for default.
He has invoked the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of IA.No.329 of 2015 filed for restoration of IA.No.218 of 2015.
Mr.Koneti Raja Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that IA.No.329 of 2015 was filed on 31-07-2015.
A perusal of the docket proceeding shows that the Tribunal, while ordering notice to the respondents on 31.07.2015, adjourned the case to 09.09.2015. As IA.No.329 of 2015 is only two months old, I do not find any justification for the petitioner to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court for a direction to the Tenancy Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the said IA.
Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5099 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
