THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30257 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to act in accordance with law and not to interfere with the construction of house by the petitioner in her plot situated in Sy.No.268 of Mancherial Shivar having the boundaries East - plot of G Srinivasa Reddy, WestRoad, North- Plot of Godisela Dasaradham and South - Bolisetti Rajeswari, except by following due process of law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case ."

2. When the matter is called today, written instructions dated 23.09.2015, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Mancherial, Adilabad District, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that this respondents 2 & 3 has not interfered into this issue, and no complaint has been received from the petitioner, as it is the matter of land dispute, and the respondents 2 & 3 are not having right to interfere into the civil issues. The issue also not know to the respondent 2 & 3 so far. Neither the respondents 2 & 3 interfered into the matter, nor the petition was called to Police station as stated by the petitioner."

3. On noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the written instructions.

4. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of, by recording the written

instructions dated 23.09.2015, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Mancherial, Adilabad District.
