ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with order dated 06.6.2002 in

O.A.No.5257 of 2002 on the file of the Honourable Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and to quash the same by holding it as erroneous and contrary to law."

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that a batch of similar Writ Petitions, i.e., Writ Petition No.4424 of 2004 and batch was allowed by this Court and the matter was remanded to the Tribunal for its consideration afresh, vide order, dated 04.12.2006.

Mr. A.Bhaskarachary, the learned counsel for the respondents, has not disputed the above position. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader and supported by order, dated 04.12.2006 in Writ Petition No.4424 of 2004 and batch, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the said order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.27339 of 2006 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed as infructuous.
