THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1186 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 24.01.2017 in O.S.No.101 of 2013 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.
