THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3951 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 10.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.1720 of 2017 in A.S.No.89 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the appellate court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the learned IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.89 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
