This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners/defendants assailing the order, dated 14.08.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Palamaner, passed in I.A.No.393 of 2014 in O.S.No.45 of 2004.

There is no representation for the petitioners. The note of the Registry reveals that the trial court decreed the suit on 31.07.2017. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
