HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25039 OF 2019 ORDER (ORAL) :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of his claims and objection petition dated 25.09.2019 as per law in relation to payment of compensation in lieu of acquisition of the land admeasuring Ac.0-78 cents in Survey No.489, Tekumatla Village of Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District.

2. Heard Sri Gummala Bhasker Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the material on record.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition based on the written instructions of even date, which is placed on record before this Court, would submit that upon receipt of the petitioner's representation, the same has been forwarded to Tahsildar on 5.10.2019 with instructions to enquire into the matter on the spot and submit a factual report. He further submits that the petitioner will be given an opportunity of hearing at the time of conducting award enquiry and a notice under Section 21(1) of RFCTLARR Act, 2013 will be given to him through registered post to produce his title to the subject property.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, this Court is of the view that the respondents be directed to act in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Land acquisition and with the above direction, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
