K. Moulali v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,

2018-10-29P.Keshava Rao1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20975 OF 2011 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 26.10.2018 there was no representation. Therefore, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation. From this, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. That apart, from the perusal of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, it is indicated that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner challenged the action of the respondents in not considering his caste certificate for admission into EAMCET (Engineering).

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
