Heard.

For the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against A1 and A2 of whom, the revision petitioner is A2, A1 already in Crl.Rc.No.2809 of 2016 by order of this Court another Bench dated 08.11.2016 obtained modified order instead of Non-Bailable Warrant to Bailable Warrant.

By adopting the same order, the revision is disposed of converting Non-Bailable Warrant into Bailable Warrant so far as A2 is concerned. Needless to say, on appearance, pursuant to the Bailable Warrant, he shall execute bonds as contemplated by Sections 88 and 89 Cr.P.C., as being directed by the learned Special Judge, with or without sureties, as the case may be.
