Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition before the Mumbai High Court which has territorial jurisdiction.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to institute fresh writ petition before the Mumbai High Court. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
