THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.21926 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only request of the petitioners is to direct the 2nd respondent Municipality to consider and dispose of the application, dated 04.06.2018, of the petitioners with regard to mutation of the house bearing Door No.2-398, Society Colony, Madanapally, Chittoor District, in the name of the petitioners. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, of the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent; and of Sri Md. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Madanapally Municipality, appearing for the 2nd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent Municipality to consider and dispose of the afore-stated application of the petitioners, the ends of justice would be met.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality submits that the application of the petitioners would be considered and disposed of, in accordance with procedure established by law. 5.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent Municipality to consider and dispose of the application afore-mentioned of the petitioners within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and

MSRM, J W.P.No.21926 of 2018 communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
