When the matter was listed on 13.06.2022, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e. 30.06.2022. Today also, though the matter is called in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
