On 29.10.2018, there was no representation for the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, this Court directed to list the matter on 30.10.2018 under the caption 'for Dismissal'. In spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there was no representation either for the appellant or her counsel, on 09.11.2018, 16.11.2018 and 23.11.2018 i.e. today both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount before the Tribunal to the credit of the O.P. along with costs and interest, after deducting the amounts if any already deposited, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the respondents are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
