When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12668 of 2019, dated 30.08.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 30.08.2019 in W.P.No.12668 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.09.2019 and 23.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
