Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: - "....to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.4 to register an FIR and act upon petitioner complaint and pass such other Order or Orders in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel representing respondent No.5 brought to the notice of this Court that all the personal belongings of the petitioner are being returned to her by respondent No.5. The said submission is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
