SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W. A. No.918 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Writ petitioner is the appellant. Through the order under appeal, I.A. No.1 of 2018 in W.P. No.9076 of 2018 filed by the appellant was dismissed. The appellant prayed for a direction to respondents to forthwith carry out entries in the relevant revenue records by updating the petitioner's name and return the sale certificate together with Challan to the Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasthi received under Dis.No.780 dated 28.11.2017. The circumstances referred in the order under appeal are not in dispute. We are of the view that the direction prayed for in I.A. No.

1 of 2018, if it is considered and allowed, the same amounts to allowing the writ petition and secondly it may result in contradictory orders, one by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and another by the learned 5th Additional District Judge, Tirupathi. Such course ought to be avoided and hence we are of the view that the intra court appeal against interlocutory order is without merit and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending stand closed.
