The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above civil revision petition is to direct the Court below to dispose of his suit expeditiously.

2. Heard Mr. P.S.P. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The suit was of the year 2011. But it was renumbered as a suit of the year 2018. Therefore, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the Trial Court to treat the suit as a suit of the year 2011, apply the Circulars issued by the Registry and dispose of the suit within a period of 3 (three) months. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
