HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.24126 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the order dt.07.07.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent placing him under suspension pending enquiry.

Though counsel for petitioner sought to contend that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are false, since the petitioner would have adequate opportunity to deny the charges in his explanation to the charge memo, I am not inclined to go into the question, whether the petitioner has committed the misconduct alleged in the charge memo or not. 3.

Since the charge memo has been issued on 21.06.2017, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry into the allegations levelled against the petitioner within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
