THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P.No. 25079 of 2019 ORDER:

Mr.Shahed Nadeem, learned counsel representing the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition.

Mr.Aadesh Varma, learned counsel representing the implead petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has come to this Court with incorrect facts and only after he has filed the implead petition, on the apprehension that all the facts would come on record, the petitioner is trying to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned Standing counsel submitted that there is an interim direction of this Court for consideration of the petitioner's case for grant of electricity connection and the respondents have filed a stay vacate petition. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are already three existing meters in the premises and that

PMD,J W.P.No.25079 of 2019 there is no need for any fresh connection and therefore, the petitioner is now withdrawing the writ petition. 5.

Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition without any liberty for filing a fresh writ petition in view of the above facts.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
