The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent in registering a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.11.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that upon receipt of the complaint made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.249 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 323 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Thorrur Police Station, on 05.12.2019.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the third respondent, since a case has now been registered acting on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and thus, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 5.
